1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. 3. The Service
Aumnify is a multi-tenant content management platform that allows organizations to create, manage, schedule, and publish blog content. The Service may include AI-powered content generation features, depending on your organization's configuration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.
4. Content Ownership
4.1 Your Content
You and your organization retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Content.
4.2 License to Us
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account is closed.
4.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated through AI features is provided to your organization for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publication. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
